How do I make a message to display on the BusyBox D? What are the options?
Using the BusyBox Control app you can create your own message. Check the BusyBox D’s details page, and the Control app page, for cool examples of what you can make right in our app.
How long does the battery last between charges?
The BusyBox D is designed to run 10+ hours under normal conditions. The BusyBox D uses 614,400 low powered LEDs. It’s easy to recharge, and recharges quickly via using USB-C.
How do the covers stay on?
There are 4 Neodymium magnets in the cover, and 4 in the base. All together they have a lot of pull and can hold the cover on even during a wind-blown-door-slam event.
Will you be able to offer replacement parts?
Yes, and no. The covers are easy to get replacements for from our website; same with the mounting plate. The battery and the PCB? Contact us. We might be able to help you out.
Can I group BusyBox signs together, for multi-room control?
Yes. The app allows you to group signs together and control them all at once.
What platforms will the App be on?

Any plans for an iPad or tablet app?
Not at this time.

Can the BusyBox run from a cable if I want to hardwire it?
Yes. It uses a USB-C cable jack to recharge.
Do you have a guarantee/warranty?
Yes. 90 days. But we’ll work with you if something strange happens after the warranty has ended. Contact us, we are eager to be helpful.
